This Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Explosion and Core Class is great for helping your Team excel to the next level. This class will teach and enhance mental attitude towards fitness training goals and fundamentals to help your Team develop.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Energy Fitness classes do not rollover. However, if there is a cancellation on the Trainer’s behalf, a make up session will be granted.
